Student information nights at the ACBD :
In order to provide prospective students, and the wider community, with a better understanding of what we do at the ACBD, we have participated in several information sessions as well as hosting our own information nights.
The ACBD hosted an information evening in August, 2008. Mail-outs with information with regard to laboratories and projects were sent out to students. The information evenings were very successful with 85 students participating. A lot of interest was generated by these students to learn more about blood diseases and haematology.
